Desola Afod, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Kunle Afod, has bowed to pressure and apologised to Nollywood stars.
In a post on one of her social media pages, she thanked Afeez Owo for reaching out. She thanked him and apologised for disappointing him with her words.
Desola said she is retracting her statement against the industry and didn’t mean to generalise or refer to everyone.
To those who did her dirty, she said she has moved on, but one thing remains unchanged: she is still Desola Afod, celebrity wife till the end of time.
“Can’t thank you enough, Baba Gani ( Afeez Owo). I truly appreciate you, sir, and I sincerely apologise for disappointing you with my words.
Whatever statement I made generally concerning”Awon Omo Tiatia”, I hereby retract and take it back. I didn’t mean to generalise or refer to everyone in the industry.
The few people who did me dirty know themselves.
