ASA Political Movement Convener Clarifies Political Alignment; Declares Grassroots Machinery Fully Mobilized for ITESIWAJU Agenda.
The Convener of the ASA Political Movement (ASA-PM), Engr. ABOLORE SODRUDEEN AYODEJI (MSc, PMP, MNSE, Reg. Engr.), has issued an unequivocal declaration reaffirming his complete, total, and unalloyed loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the YAYI 2027 Governorship Mandate led by Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI).
This statement comes as a direct response to speculative chatter and false political narratives suggesting that Engr. Sodrudeen or the ASA Political Movement is defecting or currently aligning with the Senator Ibikunle Amosun (SIA) structure.
Engr. Sodrudeen described these rumors as the desperate handiwork of political detractors and mischief-makers seeking to cause distraction in the face of the overwhelming grassroots momentum being generated for the ITESIWAJU Agenda.
Engr. Sodrudeen stated “Let me state clearly and without any ambiguity, remain a firm, committed, and unshakeable member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). While it is true that I was once a proud member of the SIA political group, a team whose progressive ideology and leadership I appreciated and still respect, politics is dynamic, and there is always a time to say goodbye to one chapter to embrace a new vision for the future.”
“Today, my political compass and that of my allied support group is strictly locked on the progressive ideals of our party, the APC, and our vision for Ogun State is completely tied to the proven capacity, leadership excellence, and transformative governance of Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI). Neither I nor the ASA Political Movement has any secret pact or intent to align with the SIA structure. Any report suggesting otherwise is entirely false, malicious, and dead on arrival.”
“Our structures across Abeokuta South and the broader Ogun State are fully mobilized for one goal alone, delivering a decisive victory for Senator YAYI and the APC come 2027 under the ITESIWAJU Agenda. We urge our members, supporters, and the general public to disregard these baseless fabrications and remain focused on our grassroots mission.”
The ASA Political Movement reaffirms that all its field operations, alliance networks, and media channels remain solely dedicated to mobilizing grassroots support for the APC and Senator YAYI across all political wards in Ogun State.
