Niger Tornadoes assistant coach, Umar Tyabo Abdullahi, has promised that his team will make adjustments following lapses identified in the win over Ikorodu City.
The Ikon Allah Boys defeated Ikorodu City 2-1 in a Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday nine encounter in Minna last weekend.
Abdullahi insisted that the team will continue to improve as the league progresses.
“We are still building. This team was assembled barely two months before the season began, with several new players coming together,” Abdullahi told the club’s media.
“Game by game, we are improving, developing better understanding and gradually taking shape.
“The most important thing is that we secured all three points, and we thank God for the victory.”
Kabiru Dogo’s side will face Abia Warriors in their next game this weekend.
