Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has sent a message of support to
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia after the Paris Saint-Germain winger sustained a serious knee injury.
PSG confirmed on Wednesday that the Georgian sustained the injury during the club’s win against Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Kvaratskhelia will undergo surgery in the coming days and will be out of action for the Parisians for some months.
However, Kvaratskhelia in a post on Instagram expressed disappointment over sustaining an injury.
Reacting to Kvaratskhelia’s post, Ronaldo said, “The toughest battles in football are often the ones nobody sees. I know that feeling, Kvara. Keep that fire on. Your best is still to come.”
