Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher has slammed Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes for criticising manager Michael Carrick’s tactics against Como.
Man United lost 4-1 against Como in the Champions League on Wednesday and Fernandes went on to question Carrick’s tactics against the Serie A side at his post-match interview.
Speaking on the development on CBS Sports, Carragher said, “For Bruno Fernandes to do that is a disgrace really.
“He got Player of the Season, that was off the back of Michael Carrick becoming manager, he would not have got that without Michael Carrick because he got put back in his rightful position.”
Man United will now hope to bounce back to winning ways when they face Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend.
