Pastor Jimmy Odukoya’s remarriage has sparked conversation after he introduced his new wife, Mo Odukoya, to members of Fountain of Life Church during the Sunday service on November 1, 2026.
The senior pastor, who was previously married to Kemi Odukoya with whom he shares two children, presented ‘Mo’ Mojasmyne as his new wife, marking a fresh chapter in his personal life.

During the service, Jimmy said he had remained single since taking over the church’s leadership after his father’s death in 2023. He also said he found a companion after a period of searching, before formally introducing ‘Mo’ Mojasmyne as the church’s new First Lady.
The couple reportedly tied the knot in a private ceremony in the United States of America.
“Ever since I became pastor, I have been doing this work of life alone. The Bible said it’s not good. I was looking and searching, and I found….it is my wife, so allow me to introduce to you for the first time, Pastor Mrs. Mo. Odukoya, my wife. A new first lady.” Pastor Jimmy announced.”
However, while the announcement has attracted congratulatory messages and attention, Newsunplug News has gathered that there may be reservations within the pastor’s family over his choice of a new wife.
A source who spoke to Kemi Filani News claimed that Jimmy’s sisters, Pastor Tolu Odukoya and Deborah, are not particularly pleased with his choice of Mo, raising questions about the dynamics between the new bride and her husband’s family.
According to the source, one of the issues surrounding the marriage is Mo’s age. The new Mrs Odukoya, who is the daughter of Reverend Theophilus and Bolaji Daniel, celebrated her 40th birthday in June 2026, while Jimmy is 39.
This makes Mo a year older than her new husband.

Beyond the age difference, the source also drew attention to the relationship between Jimmy’s sisters, particularly Pastor Tolu, and Mo’s former husband, Mosadoluwa Adegboye, popularly known as Mosa or ItsMosa.
Mosa is a British-Nigerian music producer best known for his work on T.Y. Bello’s classic album, Greenland, which he arranged and produced. He has also been associated with music projects involving prominent Nigerian artistes, including Tiwa Savage, Waje, Chidinma and several others. His professional relationship with Pastor Tolu is also noteworthy, as he reportedly produced a Christmas album for the pastor.

The source further pointed out that neither Mo nor Jimmy’s sisters appear to follow one another on Instagram. Interestingly, the sisters reportedly still follow Mo’s former husband, Mosa, on the platform.
The apparent contrast in their social media connections has added another dimension to the questions surrounding Mo’s relationship with her new husband’s family.

Mosa’s reported cordial relationship with the Odukoya family, particularly his continued connection with Pastor Tolu, has fuelled further curiosity about the dynamics between the family and Mo.
Interestingly, despite the claims of possible reservations within the family, Pastor Tolu appeared welcoming when her brother introduced his new wife to the congregation.
After presenting Mo to the church members, Jimmy led her towards the front seat, where Tolu warmly received her with a hug before she settled down.
The affectionate exchange offered a public glimpse of the family’s reception of the new bride and appeared to present a cordial atmosphere between the sisters and Mo.

However, the source’s claims suggest that the warm public exchange may have been more of a show of courtesy and an effort to welcome Mo into the church community, rather than a reflection of the family’s private feelings towards the new bride.
Adding to the speculation, a check of the sisters’ social media pages as of the time of this report revealed no public congratulatory messages to the newlyweds.
