The nominees for this year’s FIFPRO World XI have been released.
The list was posted via a tweet from FIFPRO on Monday.
Former Ballon d’Or winners like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Rodrigo Hernández, Rodri, and recently awarded Harry Kane made the cut.
The women’s category also includes two three-time Ballon d’Or winners: Alexia Putellas and Aitana Bonmatí, alongside another 2018 winner, Ada Hegerberg.
The 26 players will be whittled down to a World XI, from goalkeepers to defenders, midfielders and attackers.
