Troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested three suspected terrorist logistics suppliers during an operation at Damboa Market in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
Security sources said the arrests were made on November 2, 2026, following credible intelligence on the alleged activities of suspected suppliers operating in the market.
The operation was conducted by troops of 25 Military Intelligence Regiment, 25 Brigade, under Sector 2, supported by the Provost Company.
The suspects were identified as Tela Alhamdu, 67; Alhaji Kolo Kauji, 50; and Bulama Alabe, 50. All three were said to be residents of Kauji Village in Damboa Local Government Area.
Items recovered during the operation included three Volkswagen Golf vehicles, 38 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), four mobile phones and ₦99,300 in cash.
