Vice President Kashim Shettima mocked former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, claiming that none of Adamawa States five former and current governors supports him.

Vice President Shettima said that not a single one of the 5 governors who have ruled Adamawa State since 1999 is supporting Atiku

Shettima made the remarks during the APC presidential campaign in Ekiti State.

He asked why voters should choose Atiku when he is not respected in his own state.

Kashim said the people of Adamawa have had five governors since 1999 and none of them stands with Atiku.

He named Murtala Nyako, the current governor Umaru Fintiri, Shaibu Barka, Bala Ngilari and Bindow Jibrilla.

Shettima said all five are in the APC and support Tinubu. FollowPolitics

He said that if a politician cannot control his own state, he cannot expect voters elsewhere to trust him.
