Chiamaka Yusuf, the daughter of late Nollywood actor Diewait Ikpechukwu, has appealed to the public following his death.
Newsunplug reported hours ago that the veteran had passed away on Thursday at age 71, following a prolonged illness.

In an emotional video she shared online, his daughter, who is popularly known as Chiamax appealed for privacy, asking that nobody announce the news of his death without her consent.
She called on the Actors Guild of Nigeria to take down an alleged burial poster of her father, insisting that she should be the one to announce his death. She admonished the public to leave her be and not call her.
Chiamaka said she was still wearing the shirt her dad wore a day before his death.
“Actors Guild, I don’t want you guys to post my daddy. Nobody should post my daddy’s poster. You people should leave me alone. Nobody should call me. I’m still wearing my daddy’s shirt; he wore it yesterday.
“You people should please take it down. If anybody should announce his passing, it would be me. Nobody would do that for me, please,” she said tearfully.
