An appeal court meeting in Abuja on Tuesday confirmed the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

On 4 March, an FCT High Court had granted an application by six members of the APC in Edo State and suspended Oshiomhole from office.

A panel of three judges, chaired by the President of the Court of Appeal, Judge Monica Dongban-Mensem, found that Oshiomhol’s appeal against his suspension was undeserved.
