Nollywood actress Ekene Umenwa got the surprise of her life from her husband on their 3rd wedding anniversary.
In a video she shared online, her husband surprised her with a new car to celebrate their 3rd wedding anniversary.

In the clip, an overwhelmed Ekene was seen kneeling as she thanked him for the grand gesture.

Reflecting on their marriage, she said it wasn’t about who gives the biggest gifts or celebrates the loudest, but about God’s grace, genuine love, understanding, forgiveness, and choosing each other every day.

While expressing gratitude to God, she appreciated her husband for his love, sacrifices, and the memories they built together. She described the car as a thoughtful gift, saying she valued their friendship, partnership, and the home they were building.
“My heart is full of gratitude to God for His faithfulness, love, and countless blessings.
I may not always have the words to express how grateful I am, but today, my heart is full.
My darling husband @kleanson, thank you for loving me, choosing me and making beautiful memories with me. Thank you for the thoughtful gifts, the sacrifices, the little things that often go unnoticed and the many ways you continue to show up for our family.
This beautiful gift reminds me of your thoughtfulness, but beyond the gifts, I cherish the man, the friendship, the partnership, and the home we are building together.
I have come to understand that marriage is not about who gives the biggest gifts or who celebrates the loudest. It’s about God’s grace, genuine love, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, and choosing each other every day.
My prayer for every married couple and everyone trusting God for their own beautiful story is that your homes will never lack love, peace, provision, and reasons to rejoice. May God bless the hands that give, the hearts that love and the homes that honour him.
May we never become so used to God’s blessings that we forget to be grateful.
Happy wedding anniversary to us, my love. May the years ahead be even more beautiful, purposeful, and filled with God’s presence.
To God alone be all the glory”.
