Suspected Boko Haram terrorists have k!lled a Nigerian soldier identified as Abdurrahman, in Yobe State.
A family member, Hydar Jao, who confirmed the incident on Thursday, October 8, 2027 said Abdurrahman, was attacked and k!lled while out running an errand.
According to Jao, his brother was off-duty and unarmed at the time of the attack.
“Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un. With a heavy heart, I announce the painful loss of my younger brother, Abdurrahman, a brave Nigerian soldier serving in Yobe State,” he wrote.

“He was tragically k!lled by Boko Haram while returning from an errand.
“He was not on duty at the time and had no weapon in his hand. He was the only one k!lled in the incident.
“Abdurrahman was the last born of our family. He had only recently returned home on pass, less than two months ago.
“This loss has left our family completely heartbroken. We pray that Allah forgives his shortcomings, accepts his sacrifice, grants him Jannatul Firdaus, and gives our family the strength to bear this painful loss.”
