President Tinubu also administered the oath of office on six commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and two from the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially inaugurated Tunji Disu as the 23rd Inspector-General of Police during a ceremony held at the Council Chambers of the State House in Abuja.

President Tinubu also administered the oath of office on six commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and two from the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).

The ceremonies that preceded the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting were witnessed by ministers, senior government officials, and members of appointees’ families.

The FEC took off immediately after the swearing-in ceremony, with a considerable number of members of the Council in attendance.

Vice President Kashim Shettima, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, National Security Adviser (NSA); and the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Esther Walson-Jack, were in attendance.

Most of the ministers are also attending.
