Nigerian businessman Blord has shared his preference for working with women, describing them as more easygoing and easier to work with than men.

The businessman made the statement while expressing his views on working relationships and the differences he has observed when dealing with men and women in a professional setting.

According to Blord, working with women is generally easier, as he considers them more relaxed and accommodating in business dealings.

“It’s easier to work with a woman than a man. Women are more easygoing,” he said.

His remarks have sparked conversations about workplace relationships and whether gender plays a role in how people approach business and professional collaborations.

While some may agree with his perspective based on their personal experiences, others may argue that an individual’s attitude, communication skills and professionalism matter more than gender when it comes to building successful working relationships.
