Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney has criticised captain Bruno Fernandes and the club’s other players, labelling them as selfish.
Rooney was speaking after Fernandes criticised manager, Michael Carrick following the club’s Champions League defeat to Como on Wednesday.
Speaking on The United Stand, the former England international said, “When Martinez came out, I said it will rip the dressing room apart. We have seen it now with Bruno, and you are going to see it with more players because they don’t want to take responsibility.
“These players, they are selfish. They don’t care about their team-mates, the manager, the staff, or the fans.”
Man United have not won a match in their last seven games and they will face Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend.
