Frankfurt goalkeeper, Michael Zetterer, has insisted that he has “no more or less respect” for Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen.

Zetterer was speaking ahead of Frankfurt’s UEFA Champions League tie with Galatasaray on Thursday.

The Bundesliga side will host the Turkish Super Lig champions at Deutsche Bank Park.

Osimhen could feature against Frankfurt after missing Galatasaray’s last Super Lig tie due to injury.

The Nigeria international had picked up an ankle ligament injury during the Super Eagles’ World Cup qualifier 1-0 win against Rwanda earlier this month.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Zetterer said at his pre-match interview as quoted by habersarikirmizi: “I have no more or less respect for Victor Osimhen than I do for a Bundesliga player.

“I respect every opponent,” he added.

Osimhen has been impressive for Galatasaray for the past one year as he scored over 36 goals for the club last season in all competitions.
