Singer Ahmedu Obiabo, aka Blackface, has written an open letter to his former bandmate in Plantashun Boiz, Innocent Idibia a.k.a. 2Baba, and his estranged wife, Annie Macaulay amid their divorce saga.
In a post shared on his X handle, the 51-year-old songwriter appealed to both parties to be civil regardless of what they are going through.
“I bid to you both good tidings Mr & Mrs Idibia. I am reaching out to you guys in this time to remind us to show decorum and be civil with whatever proceedings you may be going through.
As role models, we should always set good examples for this generation to emulate, and the older generations to be proud l.
Let’s keep it together in the family as every relationship has it’s ups and downs.

Recall that on Monday 27 January 2025, the popular musician and performer, 2Baba announced his separation from his wife, Annie. The celebrity couple got married in 2012 and have two daughters together.
In a post on Instagram, the African Queen singer said they had been separated for some time and had taken steps toward a divorce. The post was later deleted but 2face then released a video to confirm that its contents were accurate.
