Actress Omoborty has encouraged single parents raising children alone not to get tired or give up as she reflected on the sacrifices behind her son’s graduation abroad.
Sharing her story, the actress said no one should make single parents feel their sacrifices are in vain, revealing that every kobo she earned went into paying international school fees.
Omoborty disclosed that there were days she sold some of her gold jewellery to pay tuition, cried with her son during video calls, and spent sleepless nights trying to make everything work.
She added that while many people assume she is wealthy because her child studies abroad, they do not see the responsibilities, sacrifices and financial struggles behind the scenes.Describing the graduation as a moment paid for with prayers, tears, faith and sacrifice, the actress said seeing her son succeed made every struggle worth it.
