Business mogul and nightlife king, Cubana Chiefpriest, has cautioned popular TikToker Peller against entrusting his business ventures to family members.
During a live session with the influencer, Chiefpriest shared insights on why mixing family with business can be dangerous. He noted that such arrangements often breed conflict and weaken accountability.
According to him, placing relatives in key positions makes it difficult to enforce discipline or take impartial business decisions.
Drawing from his own experience, including a past fallout with Cosmas Maduka, Chiefpriest emphasized that emotional attachments can complicate business matters.
He concluded by advising that entrepreneurs should maintain a firm boundary between personal relationships and professional responsibilities to foster growth and sustainability.
He said:
“You can’t sack them. At a time, they would start to feel like they are doing you a favour. Your father will never respect your business because he is your father. You can settle him financially or just place him on a salary. Business is too serious, it’s not a joke
