Ebonyi State Deputy Governor, Patricia Obila, has been captured on video sharing N1,000 each to commercial motorcyclists and physically-challenged persons.
The video, which has gained attention, shows the deputy governor personally distributing the money to the needy in what appeared to be a public outreach effort.
