Semi Ajayi has lauded Hull City’s performance in the 1-1 draw against Brentford at the MKM Stadium on Sunday.
The Tigers put up an impressive performance following the 1-0 defeat to Fulham in their previous outing.
Oli McBurnie gave Hull City the lead in the 24th minute while Dango Ouattara equalised for the visitors in the second half.
Ajayi was one of the outstanding performers for Hull City in the thrilling contest.
The Nigeria international won both the Premier League and Hull City’s Player of the Match awards.
The centre-back reckoned the outcome of the game was positive for his team despite their failure to secure maximum points.
“It’s important that we had a good bounce back from last week, we did that,” Ajayi said to Sky Sports.
“We are definitely disappointed not to come away with the three points, but a point at home is always positive.”
