Former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur striker, Peter Crouch has insisted that he would pay money to watch two Chelsea players.

Crouch spoke following Chelsea’s recent Premier League 4-1 win against Aston Villa.

Chelsea thrashed Aston Villa on Wednesday night, thanks to Joao Pedro’s hat-trick and a goal from Cole Palmer.

The outcome of the match means Chelsea closes the gap to top-four rivals Aston Villa and Manchester United to just three points with nine games remaining to conclude the Premier League season.

“I would pay money to watch them, Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer,” Crouch said on TNT Sports before asking Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior about the potential of Pedro.

“It’s scary, scary,” Rosenior said of Pedro.

“His mentality as well, he is a warrior. He is a fantastic footballer, but he is strong and physical as well.”
