Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola, has given a reason his team is doing so well at the end of the season.

The Premier League season will end next month, and Man City have picked up good form.

Guardiola’s side is yet to concede a goal in their last three matches across all competitions.

They defeated Arsenal 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final, thrashed Liverpool 4-0 in the FA Cup quarter-final and also defeated Chelsea 3-0 in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Cityzens are six points behind Arsenal on the Premier League table with a game in hand.

Speaking on why Man City are so good at the end of the season, Guardiola said at his post-match interview after his team defeated Chelsea (as quoted by Fabrizio Romano): “The sun. No, no, I’m not joking.

“In Manchester, there is never sun. If there were sun in November, we would be Premier League champions in January. It’s the sun, honestly. The mood is better.”
