Popular streamer and skit maker Carter Efe has broken his silence over a trending voice note allegedly involving his baby mama, Emmanuella, after she was accused of confronting a friend over claims that she was wearing “her man’s cap.”
The controversy started when an audio recording surfaced online, where a voice allegedly belonging to Emmanuella could be heard questioning her friend about wearing a cap she claimed belonged to her partner.
Reacting to the viral development, Carter Efe shared his side of the story in a voice note, stating that he is not currently in any relationship and does not have a partner whose belongings could be involved in such a dispute.
According to the entertainer, he was surprised to wake up and find his name being dragged into the matter. He accused some individuals of using his name to create unnecessary drama.
“I just wake up see say one useless person dey call my name, say dem steal her man’s cap. Who be your man? I no dey relationship. I just say make I tell una because one idiot dey use my name dey catch cruise. Go find your useless man for front. I no dey relationship,” he said.
Carter Efe also spoke about his past relationship with Emmanuella, revealing that they have moved on from each other and have no plans of rekindling their romance.
The content creator explained that after their breakup, his visits to Emmanuella were only because of their daughter, stressing that he was focused on maintaining a relationship with his child.
“Since when I break up with this person, we never see, and we no go ever see for this life. Even when she dey try sleep with me when I go see my daughter, I no gree because anything wey go make me get anything to do with that girl na the beginning of my downfall,” he added.
Carter Efe and Emmanuella, who share a daughter, reportedly ended their relationship after the comedian publicly announced their separation, stating that he had been single for more than a year.
