Organisers of the Headies Awards have unveiled the nomination list for the 2026 edition.
The nominees for the 18th edition of the awards, themed “Africa to the World,” were announced in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
The list, which features 213 nominations across all categories, has Fola leading with 10 nominations, followed by Omah Lay, who received eight nods, while Wizkid and Mavo bagged seven nominations each.
Similarly, Tiwa Savage and Ayra Starr were the most nominated female artistes, with five nominations each.
Newsunplug reports that this year’s Headies Awards will take place in Toronto, Canada, on October 25.
