A Nigerian broadcaster, Anastasia Odochi Uchenna, has berated women with five to six children who come to her asking for help.

Anastasia, who stated this in a Facebook post on Thursday, April 15, said couples that are not economically buoyant shouldn’t have multiple children.

According to her, even employed people still struggle amidst economic hardship and rising cost of living.

“I am so tired of women who come to me for help and I find out they have Five to Six kids,” she wrote.

“You are not economically buoyant. Your husband is struggling as well. Haba! Have sense na.

“Family planning is cheap, pls embrace it. What Is this ????

“After three kids, what are you still looking for???

“Even people wey dey work dey manage to survive under this economy.

“Everything is going up in Nigeria. Imagine a family with no solid source of income

“If you don’t like yourself, what about the kids you are subjecting to hunger and suffering.

“I no say make you no nack, enjoy yourself ooo. Haba! Have common sense and embrace safety measures.”
