David Ayuba, a US gospel artist and husband of media personality Mayowa Lambe, has broken his silence following allegations about his new wife.
Hours ago, Mayowa issued a cease-and-desist order against her ex, Roby Ekpo, accusing him of making false and defamatory statements. She said there was no existing marital relationship, and there was verifiable evidence contradicting his claims. Her cease-and-desist order demanded that the media personality stop all defamatory statements, take down any false content, issue a public retraction and apology, and pay N100 million in damages.

On his Instagram story, he reposted the cease-and-desist order his wife sent to her ex-husband, along with cryptic posts.
David said the path to greatness leaves no room for weakness and only strength. He noted that his close circle understands him, and he doesn’t owe any explanations.
“The path to greatness leaves no room for weakness, only strength. The ones in my corner understand me. I don’t owe explanations, and that’s enough”
In another post, he noted that falsehood travels fast, but truth arrives with consequences.
“Falsehood may travel fast, but truth arrives with consequences”.

It has been reported that David has a wife and kids in Nigeria. Kemi Filani checked into it and confirmed that he was previously married to a gospel singer, Tolulope Johnson Abraham, and that the two had released songs together.
