Nigerian singer Mr Eazi has revealed that his recent music release was motivated by his need to raise money to pay his rent.
The singer made the disclosure while speaking about his financial needs and the kind of people he encounters in the area where he lives.
According to Mr Eazi, his neighbourhood is home to several prominent personalities, including Formula 1 drivers, tennis players and footballers.
He explained that he could easily run into famous footballer Paul Pogba simply by stepping outside his residence.
“I dropped my recent song because I’m looking for money to pay my rent. I live around Formula 1 drivers, tennis players and even footballers. I could just decide to go downstairs and cross paths with Paul Pogba,” he said.
