Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has declared support for her colleague, Doris Ogala, following her political ambition.
It is no longer news that Doris Ogala is running for the Abia State governorship election in 2027.

In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Ogbodo said she has known Doris for 18 years and can confidently say she is a woman of strength, courage, resilience, and determination.
She noted how she has watched Doris grow, fight through challenges, stand her ground, and remain deeply connected to the people around her.
Ogbodo said she supports her and expressed pride in her journey.
“18 YEARS OF KNOWING THE WOMAN BEHIND THE NAME DORIS OGALA ❤️
I don’t support people because of noise. I support people because I have had the privilege of knowing who they truly are.
I have known Doris Ogala for over 18 years, and I can confidently say that she is a woman of strength, courage, resilience and determination.
I have watched her grow, fight through challenges, stand her ground and remain deeply connected to the people around her.
Doris understands that leadership is not about sitting in an office or carrying a title. Leadership is about understanding your people. Listening to them. Knowing what they need. And having the courage to stand up and work for them.
That is the woman I know.
As she steps forward with the AAC, I am proud to publicly share my support for her journey.
Doris, I know you. I know your heart. I know your strength. And I know the kind of woman you are.
This is a journey that deserves attention. Learn about her vision. Ask questions. Listen to what she has to offer. And most importantly, make your own informed decision about the future of Abia State.
@doris_ogala I see you, I believe in your journey, and I am proud to stand beside my friend of 18 years.
Let the conversation begin”.
