Relationship expert Susan Eberechi, known online for her strong opinions in defence of men and her criticism of women’s behaviour in relationships, has confirmed that her marriage has come to an end.
In a post shared on social media, Eberechi who built her public image around advising men and challenging common relationship narratives opened up about the breakdown of her marriage, describing it as a deeply painful experience.
She admitted that while she often positioned herself as someone who understood relationships, her personal situation turned out differently.
According to her emotional statement:
“I focused so much on being the perfect wife any man would desire and paid little attention to finding the right man. I kept telling myself I deserved better not just financially, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I begged, I apologised, I cried many times. I was wrong. My choice was wrong. And now I live with the consequences of my decision. My marriage ended.”
Despite the setback, Eberechi said she is choosing to move forward and rebuild her life and career. She added briefly:
“I’m going back to work and building a bigger brand. Thank you.”
Her announcement has since generated widespread reactions online, with many social media users commenting on the contrast between her public relationship advice and her personal experience.
