Last year, she had sparked dating rumors with a captivating photo featuring herself and a mystery man, who she kept his identity under wraps. Netizens couldn’t help but notice a resemblance between the man’s dreadlocks and singer Kaid, prompting widespread speculation that he might be the mystery man in question.
During the news of Kenyan athlete Rebecca Cheptegei’s death, Phyna recalled how she moved on from her toxic boyfriend.
In an interview, the Level Up Winner stated that Edo men are notorious and well known for dating women for years without marrying them. The reality star used herself as a case study, as she revealed that she dated an Edo man for 12 years and advised her gënder against wasting years with a man.
In an Instagram live session, the reality star had revealed why she would love to marry a man like rapper and singer, Shallipopi. Explaining why, she added that she can’t date an Igbo man and would prefer to date an Edo or a Yoruba man.
Recall that Phyna was in a relationship with cohousemate, Groovy while in the BBN house. The lovebirds didn’t last long as they broke up months after leaving the show.
In an interview, Phyna revealed that she and Groovy never dated, and were only playing games and the game was over.
Groovy reacted to it by dissing Phyna in a subtle way, which Phyna didn’t find amusing and she clapped back by throwing shots at him.
