Queen Akeredolu, the woman rumored to be romantically linked with Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemolee, has come forward to share her side of the story after reports surfaced of an altercation involving Yhemolee’s wife, Thayour.
Speculations about cracks in Yhemolee and Thayour’s marriage barely over a year old intensified after news broke that Thayour had physically attacked a woman believed to be behind their marital woes. She was also said to have been briefly detained by police.
In a statement shared online, Queen confirmed that she was the victim, alleging that Thayour, alongside her sister and friends, assaulted her.
According to Queen, she once worked with Thayour professionally and even received commendations for her performance. So when Thayour reached out for a supposed meeting, she unsuspectingly attended with one of her staff members.
Upon arrival, she said her staff was asked to remain outside while she joined Thayour and her companions only to be ambushed and beaten. Queen recounted that during the assault, she was robbed of two iPhones (an iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max), had her Zara T-shirt ripped, her wig destroyed, and other belongings damaged.
Addressing the circulating rumors, Queen denied having any romantic involvement with Yhemolee. She explained that her continued communication with him was strictly business-related, as both he and his wife had promised to entrust her with a project.
She also appealed to bloggers and the media to stop spreading false narratives about her.
For context, Yhemolee and Thayour tied the knot in 2024 and welcomed a baby boy shortly after their wedding.
