Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has shared a message she received from a man over her fight with Phyna.
The man said his wife insisted that they stay up late to watch her Chaos in the Ring. He said Nkechi stepping into the ring takes a level of bravery and heart that very few people possess.
According to the man, seeing her made him realise how naive and wrong he was to judge her without knowing the depth of her strength. He said she showed the spirit of a true warrior and she earned his ultimate respect.
Sharing the message, Nkechi noted how she had presented herself in a bad state in the eyes of the public, but behind it all was a woman who would do anything to survive.
“Out of the thousands of messages in my DM, this one stood out for me.
You might ask why? For years, I have presented myself in a very bad state in the eyes of the public, for which I take full responsibility.
So many dislike me for my acts, misconduct: drama and constant notoriety.
But behind the online shenanigans is a woman who will do anything to survive in the kind of country she finds herself in, a woman who stands for herself and refuses to be bullied into silence.
