Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has spoken on motherhood.
Sharing photos of herself and her lookalike daughter, she said motherhood rearranged her, leaving marks on her body, sleep, and sense of who she is. However, behind the stretch marks and tired eyes, something extraordinary happened.

According to her, her heart grew bigger than she ever thought possible. She said she may not always recognise her reflection, but she will always recognise the love.

“Motherhood didn’t just arrive. It rearranged me. It left its mark on my body, my sleep, my sense of who I am. But beneath the stretch marks and tired eyes, something extraordinary happened: my heart grew bigger than I ever thought possible. These same arms that now soothe a feverish child at 3 a.m. once felt so fragile…now they hold whole worlds. I may not always recognise my reflection, but I will always recognise this love. This is my quiet miracle: I lost parts of my old self, only to discover how much more I could become”.
