According to him, the arrangement has existed throughout their nearly 10-year marriage and is built on mutual understanding and trust.
He explained that he selects the date at the beginning of every month, and once it has been agreed upon, his wife neither calls nor checks on him while he is away.

Explaining how the arrangement works, Perry said, “My wife gives me one free day in a month to go out and chill. We’ve been married for about 10 years, so we understand ourselves. I choose the date from the beginning of the month.”
He added that after returning home, he is expected to make up for his absence by assisting with household chores, joking that his wife temporarily takes away his phones before putting him to work around the house.
Speaking further, Perry said, “You must have that kind of understanding so you can enjoy your relationship. It’s not good to have two or three wives.”
When the host jokingly suggested that one of his outings could lead to another relationship, Perry dismissed the idea with humour, replying, “How will I go out next month to enjoy again?”
His remarks have since generated mixed reactions on social media, with some users describing the arrangement as a sign of trust between the couple, while others questioned whether such an agreement would work in their own relationships.
