Nigerian content creator and media personality Kiekie has sparked emotional reactions online after speaking about insecurity and kidnappings in Nigeria during this year’s Children’s Day celebration.
In a viral statement, Kiekie expressed pain over reports of kidnapped children still being held captive, saying the situation deeply affected her as a mother.
According to her:
“It’s children’s day but the children are not here, they’re inside the k!dnapp£rs den, it’s mess!ng with my bra!n cos I’m looking at my child cos God f0rb!d she’s taken away from me”
She also called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intervene in the country’s growing insecurity concerns.
