Nollywood stars Kunle Remi and Mofe Duncan have reacted to Daddy Freeze’s criticism of Mercy Chinwo.
Newsunplug reported that on Wednesday, June 10th, a Service of Songs was held for the actor at the Monarch Event Centre, Lekki.
Daddy Freeze, who was in attendance, topped headlines for going against the dress code, by wearing black instead of white.

In a video posted on his Instagram page, while addressing his choice of outfit, he narrated his experience at the event. He condemned the pastor’s preaching, questioning why a sermon was needed at such a gathering.
Daddy Freeze also slammed Mercy Chinwo, claiming she turned the event into a concert. According to him, it was at this point that he got up and went home. The former OAP questioned whether people understand what a funeral is.

His statement didn’t sit well with social media users, who slammed him.
