Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe, has revealed that the mistake he made at the club this season was his failure to help the Los Blancos win trophies this season.
The Frenchman spoke at his post-match interview after Real Madrid’s LaLiga 2-0 win against Real Oviedo on Thursday.
“My mistake was not helping the team win titles. The rest is just opinions,” Mbappe said.
“Nobody knows why I left [For vacation]. I had the club’s permission. But I’m only focused on winning titles.
“They are never wrong. It’s the best club in the world. What hurt me the most was that people said I didn’t want to play.”
Mbappe is the leading top scorer in both the LaLiga and the Champions League so far this season.
