Real Madrid have been ranked as the most valuable football club globally, boasting an enterprise value of €8.1 billion.

Following closely are their Spanish rivals, Barcelona, which is ranked second in the list of the 20 most valuable clubs.

According to the ranking published by Visual Capitalist, all 20 of the world’s most valuable football clubs are located in Europe.

Additionally, six out of the ten most valuable clubs are part of England’s Premier League.

The ranking is based on the 2026 enterprise value data from the Brand Finance Football 50 report.

FC Barcelona holds the second position after Real Madrid, with a valuation of €6.7 billion.

Both Real Madrid and Barcelona significantly surpass Atlético Madrid, another Spanish club, which is ranked 11th globally with a value of €2.2 billion.

Among the 10 most valuable football clubs worldwide, six are from the Premier League: Arsenal (€6 billion), Liverpool (€5.1 billion), Manchester United (€4.7 billion), Manchester City (€4.5 billion), Chelsea (€3.7 billion) and Tottenham Hotspur (€2.3 billion).

England’s prowess is not limited to the top 10. Aston Villa (€1.9 billion) and Newcastle United (€1.3 billion) also feature in the global top 20, resulting in a total of eight clubs from the Premier League in the overall ranking.
