Toyin Abraham has shared her thoughts on how her marriage works alongside her acting career, especially when it involves romantic scenes with colleagues.
She explained that her husband understands the nature of her job and does not have issues with her filming kissing scenes or other on-screen roles that require intimacy. According to her, there is mutual trust, and even the wives of her colleagues are comfortable with her, making her working environment peaceful and professional.
However, she was firm about setting personal boundaries, stressing that not everything is acceptable to her despite the demands of acting.
In her words:
“My husband doesn’t have a problem with me kissing other actors; the wives of my colleagues are all comfortable with me. I can do every other thing but ‘iranu’ is not one of it.”
