Nollywood actress Doris Ogala is doubling down on blaming certain individuals for her prison remand.
On Friday, the movie star appeared in court where her bail ruling was adjourned until November 6, 2026. The court ordered that she remain at Kirikiri Correctional Centre pending the ruling.

Following the court verdict, Doris said her prison remand is politically motivated. According to her, pastors and the state government are plotting to keep her in prison.

“This prison remand is politically motivated. Pastors and my state government came together to keep me in prison. The fact remains that any great person passes through this process. I’m disappointed that our judiciary system has brought itself down to fighting a case between a boyfriend and a girlfriend”.
