A Nigerian forward, Victor Udoh, has died at the age of 21 in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

According to the UK Mirror, Udoh passed away “under suspicious circumstances”.

The former Royal Antwerp and Southampton player was found dead but the exact cause of his death remains unknown at this time of reporting.

He recently returned to the country, after his stint with Dynamo České Budějovice ended.

Udoh joined the Czech team after leaving Southampton in 2025.

Before his move to England, he had been with Belgian side Royal Antwerp, where he rose through the ranks after joining from Abuja-based Hypebuzz.
