Nigerians have dug up an old video of FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, condemning the practices of sending children abroad to study law.

This comes days after his son bagged a Masters degree in Law from Kings College, London.

In the video, the Wike, a former governor of Rivers state, said;

‘’Some of these courses, you don’t need to send them abroad. What we have said in our own case is to say Listen, why do you have to send somebody who wants to read English abroad? why do I want to send somebody who wants to study Economics overseas? Why do I want to send somebody who wants to read Law overseas? When you know we have very good faculties in these areas in Nigerian universities”
