Nollywood actor Taye Arimoro has accused fellow actress Peggy Ovie and her team of physically assaulting him.
According to Taye, the incident occurred on Tuesday night at the set of one of Peggy Ovie’s films. In a video that has gone viral on social media, he explained that he was attacked after attempting to leave the set once his agreed-upon working hours had ended.
Taye displayed visible injuries to his lips and gums and claimed that his car tires had been punctured. He also alleged that Peggy instructed her driver to block his vehicle to prevent him from leaving. In the video, Taye can be heard saying, “I say I want to go home, they don’t want me to go home. Guys, look at my mouth, because I said I want to go home. This woman and her people are doing the most.”
