The footage, shared on X by a user identified as @mobilisingniger, showed how no fewer than five girls in school uniforms physically assaulting the female student while a man in their midst filmed her.
The X-user mentioned that the students are from a private school in the state. It is unclear what the victim did to have warranted the inhumane action meted on her.
The video showed the victim struggling to cover herself with her hands while her attackers laugh and pull her around
The incident has drawn swift condemnation from Nigerians, who have tagged the Benue State Government, the Benue State Police Command, and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, demanding immediate intervention.
