Real Madrid are very close to signing Chelsea forward Kai Havertz for their manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Havertz is on the cusp of signing for Real Madrid in a staggering €60 million deal, according to the German publication Bild (via El Nacional).
The report added that negotiations have moved past the preliminary stages and are nearing completion.
Havertz joined Chelsea back in 2020 in a deal worth €85 million.
The 23-year-old was Chelsea’s top scorer in the Premier League this season with seven goals.
Real Madrid are in the market for a forward, following the departures of Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio, Mariano Diaz, Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema.
