Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has triggered the emotions and prayers of many on social media as she marks her 25th birthday in a wheelchair.
The actress, who had been absent from the media space for a while, now shared an emotional video on her Instagram page to cheer herself to 25.
The mother of two disclosed she had lost the courage to move around because of a minor pain that escalated to a severe one.
“For several months now, I have lost my freedom to move around as I please. It started as something minor, very minor, but eventually led to this. Things took a major turn after the last public gathering I hosted, my Children’s Day Carnival. Since then, it has been one test after another.”
The revelation prompted many, including Nigerian celebrities such as Wofai Fada, Phyna, Chizi Alichi, Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Atang, Uche Elendu, Toyin Abraham, Hilda Bacci, among others, to pour out love and powerful prayers for her recovery.
“Happy birthday darling. Gods healing hands are upon you . This will be the best birth year of your life. More Grace,” Uche Elendu wrote.
“Quick recovery darling. Happy blessed birthday to u,” Destiny Etiko wished her.
Iyabo Ojo wrote, “He will perfect your healing, fill your heart with love and blessing you with unending love and blessings once again happy birthday Queen”
