Music artist Seun Kuti has finally spoken out on why he abruptly left Peller and Jarvis’ wedding.
Newsunplug reported over the weekend that the TikTok couple traditionally tied the knot, and Seun was in attendance.
In a video that made rounds, the son of late Fela Kuti was seen leaving the ceremony early. Reports claimed that Seun was angered after an MC said Wizkid is bigger than Fela. In the clip, Seun was heard saying he was in the wrong place.
Addressing it, while with Fuji singer Malaika, he said he wanted to visit the Shrine, and bloggers misconstrued things.
He questioned if he should have left the event dancing.
“I left the wedding to go to the Shrine, and these bloggers twisted things, saying I was angry. Maybe I should have danced out of the ceremony”.
