Singer Meghan Trainor has revealed another major lifestyle change — she has completely cut out coffee — after a psychic’s unexpected warning sent her into instant self-reflection.
The 31-year-old mom of two said she used to drink coffee “all day just to survive,” only to end up restless and buzzing at night. According to her, her husband Daryl Sabara visited a psychic who claimed Meghan was running on caffeine like “speed.” The psychic had never met her, yet got it spot-on — and she quit cold turkey.
Trainor said the first week without caffeine was rough, but she now feels “more energy than ever,” even ahead of her tour, Daily Mail reported.
Her latest revelation comes after months of public attention on her body. After fans noticed her slimmer figure, she clarified she had taken Mounjaro to support her health journey after giving birth to her second son. She also had a breast augmentation and lost 60lbs — decisions she said were part of a broader “mommy makeover.”
Despite being proud of her progress, Trainor admitted she was hurt by the backlash, with trolls accusing her of abandoning the body-positivity message from her early career. She said therapy helped her stop giving “strangers so much power.”
The singer has also become more conscious of her hormones, adrenal health and overall fitness after previously dealing with gestational diabetes. She says feeling good is now her top priority: “This job is hard to do if you don’t feel good.”
